Charu S. Chandra, DMD, MSD
Dr. Charu S. Chandra, DMD, MSD, graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1991. She then completed a residency in advanced general dentistry and practiced as a general dentist for four years. This experience in general dentistry has informed her ability to coordinate well with referring offices.
In 1995, Dr. Chandra returned to the University of Pittsburgh to complete additional residency training in periodontology. After earning her periodontal certification, she opened her own periodontal and dental implant practice serving Cranberry Township and surrounding communities.
Dr. Chandra also participates in local periodontal study clubs and is active in continuing education. She has completed advanced education at world-renowned institutions such as the Misch and Pankey Institutes.
