Directions to North Hills Periodontics

From Butler/Evans City (Rt. 68 W)
Take Rt. 68 west from Butler to Zelienople.
At the traffic light( Zelienople) at the intersection of Main Street and Grandview Ave. (Rt. 68), crossover Main Street (Rt.19).
Make a left at the stop sign onto South Clay Street.
Office is located 2 and a half blocks on the left hand side.
222 S. Clay Street, Professional Building (red brick building that sits back from street between two houses - there is a parking lot in front of the building)

From Pittsburgh, Cranberry and Areas South
From Route 79 North: Take exit 83, the Evans City Exit.
At traffic light and make a Left to go to Rt. 19 North.
Go to the traffic light and make a right, this is Route 19 North.
Go about 2-3 miles. When you enter Zelienople, go through the blinking light.
At the first traffic light, make a left onto West Beaver Street.
Take the first right onto South Clay Street. We are the fourth building on the Right

From Areas North of Zelienople
From Route 79 South: Take exit 88, the Zelienople Exit.
Make a right on Little Creek Rd. Go to the T - (Rt. 19).
Make a left onto Rt. 19 South.
At the first traffic light make a right onto Grandview Ave.
Make a left at stop sign onto Clay Street.
Go thru traffic light and stop sign - office will be on your left

From Ellwood City/Rt. 288
After crossing bridge/ railroad tracks into Zelienople, turn Left at first traffic light.
Office is 1 ½ blocks on your left
